30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

1. Our Guarantee

At Thryve Superfoods, we believe in the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Pre-Order Cancellations

Since Thryve products are currently available for pre-order with shipping beginning Q4 2026, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time prior to shipping for a full refund.

To cancel a pre-order, simply contact us at [email protected] with your order details, and we will process your refund promptly.

3. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund after receiving your order:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Contact us with your order number and reason for the refund
  • Products do not need to be returned unless specifically requested

We may ask for feedback about your experience to help us improve, but this is never a condition of receiving your refund.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow:

  • 1โ€“3 business days for us to review and approve your request
  • 5โ€“10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

5. Returns

In most cases, we do not require you to return the product to receive a refund. If a return is necessary for any reason, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned products should be in their original packaging where possible. Partially used products are still eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund โ€” your choice.

7. Founding Member Pricing

If you cancel a pre-order and later wish to re-order, please note that Founding Member pricing (30% off for life) is a limited-time offer. We cannot guarantee that the same pricing will be available if you cancel and re-order at a later date.

8. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your order for a different product, please contact us and we will arrange the exchange. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
